Booster Draft should start by 10:30, but it depends on if anyone is running late.

There is no "qualifying" for tournaments, so anyone can show up and play.

We aim to start by 10.30am, 10am ideally. Official announcement states tourney starts 10am. It's a long day between Booster Draft and T1 2P done one after the other.
