Title: North Central Regionals
Post by: Gabe on June 23, 2015, 12:11:32 PM: I'm co-hosting North Central Regionals this year with Jesse. Please join us on Friday, July 10th and Saturday, July 11th for the North Central Regional Redemption tournament! The event is being held at Grace Community Church, 2707 Dubuque ST NE, North Liberty, Iowa. When you arrive, use the entrance on the far left side of the building.

Here is our schedule for the tournament. Events will run simultaneously.

Friday (6-10 pm)
T2-TP
Teams
Sealed

Saturday (9 am-after lunch)
T1-2P

Saturday (after lunch - 6pm)
T1 Multi-player
T2 Multi-player
Booster Draft

The entry fee is $10 for the entire tournament. Lunch is included. Sealed will cost $12 extra, and booster draft will cost $15 extra.

Booster draft packs are: UN-PR-AP-PA-KI-PI-DI

Please let me know in advance if you need overnight accommodations. We're happy to offer free lodging at the church (my house will be full of guests already this weekend). We will also have breakfast for people spending the night.

Prizes consist of Early Church packs. Everyone entering will get a copy of each Regional promo, including the new Abraham's Army.

Jesse is a great host and has already surpassed me in some ways! This is one example. :)

He also just sent me the booster pack list so I've updated the original post with that information.

I'm really excited to know this regional is happening the same time as the one in PA so I don't have to worry about playing any of Fortress Alstad, Gabe, John or any of the other IA MN guys who kick my butt :-).

Post by: Gabe on July 11, 2015, 11:59:19 PM: Thanks to everyone who joined us! We had a wonderful time and a good turn out, including several people from out of town. Everything went really smooth thanks to a really good team of people helping. Jesse was a host extraordinaire! He took care of the pre-planning, hospitality, keeping everyone fed, ruling questions and helping run multiple simultaneous events, all while keeping us on schedule. Thanks also to the team of experienced players (John, Justin, Mitch, Jayden, Kye) that stepped in where needed to answer ruling questions and enter scores.
