When all the rounds are completed. :) The number of rounds depends on the number of players, which we won't know for sure until that morning. I'll take a guess of 2PM, but that may or may not be accurate.

Assuming my work schedule plays nice (which is no guarantee, but I'm hoping :P), and if Ken has room in his vehicle, I should be in attendance as well.

Yes. We'll do our best to provide free overnight accommodations for people any night they need to stay.

Would the church mind folks pitching a small tent and sleeping outside? My youngest loves "camping out" at overnight tournaments.

Anyone who wants is welcome to camp. The church is outside of town and surrounded by a wooded creek. Great place to pitch a tent.

From our previous experience with Gabe's hosting at his church--I am sure he deliberately skipped mentioning it for legibility purposes. After all how easy would it be to get details from something like this...

I rented a 48 seat passaenger bus. Will fill it up with random little kids from our Sunday School. We won't be staying over night. Just going to play sealed deck and come home. Hope you have lots of starter decks. Not sure what I will do with all 48 Goliath Promos. Maybe I can sell some to Ken?

I started a separate thread about travel arrangements for TC folks. Hopefully it will get a bit more solid in the next few weeks.

Is anyone from the Milwaukee/Waukesha area going Besides Ken that I could hitch a ride w/?

Will there be special accommodations for the older generation? Cards in large Print, Bathrooms nearby, Mirrors placed behind our opponents backs....so we can see how good looking we are.
Whoever took my dentures at the blow out in Minnesota, I would like to have them back for Regionals.

That would give me less competition in teams, so I'm all for it. :)

Depending on the time we start events and the number of participants I'd prefer to run them back to back so people can play in as many as possible. But with the number of people I'm expecting I think we will have to run them simultaneously.

Cool - that works. It would be fun to play booster draft again with a lot of people... Last time I did that was 2009 Nationals when I was one of two people to draft Grapes of Wrath and no one was completely sure how it was played!
