What promos will be available? Thanks
-
I'll have to double check on the older promos, but we definitely have the new Laban! 8)
Was there one in particular you were wanting to get?
-
I have no idea if I can come even, just can never remember what promos come from where, just in the market for paul or rapha or eli or majestic heavens (if that's out yet), and priobably some others, but none of the old state promos in pretty sure

Would be great to have you...could certainly work out trades for Paul and Eli if you were interested in those. Unfortunately I do not have Rapha yet and Majestic Heavens doesn't come out until this coming fall.

Two notes --
For anyone coming Friday night and planning to play Sealed deck, I realized I have a limited number of I/J starter decks (basically whatever isn't used for the mini-camp my sister is hosting this week). If you would like, you can bring your own I & J decks (must have both complete decks) to use for Sealed deck and the entry fee would only be $7 which gets you 3 foil packs or 2 box packs of your choice (Fall of Man included!) 8)
Depending on the number of young participants (which is hopefully going to be quite a few if the mini-camp students can attend the tournament) we may run a Type A category along with T1 and T2 Saturday morning.
Hope to see you there! 8)
-
If anyone else is planning to stay at the church tonight, please let me know, thank you!
Hope to see you tonight and/or tomorrow! 8)

I wanted to say that even though 2p booster hasn't really grown on me after my first experience with it, the pack selection and draft order was probably the best I've done in recent memory (FoM, CoW, Kings, RoJ, FoM). Very nice not having TEC and PC. Clay wasn't dominant for once... :P
Thanks! Whenever I host a booster draft, my hope is that players feel the draft is a good value relative to the entry fee. (i.e. not too expensive, but enough cards being drafted to make viable decks without too much fluff). 8)

The point of boosting TEC is for the 6 FooF/RoA cards ;)

Yes, definitely take those FooF/RoA cards. And just cuz I'm such a nice guy, I'll take all the Clay stuff so everyone else can have more tin cards... ::)

I still remember opening a RoJ pack while boosting and seeing Foreign Wives, Foreign Spearman, and Scattered.

Though it was smaller than I expected, it was a fun tourney! Good to play against different decks for a change, tournament games or not! (though John's deck makes the best argument for banning Samuel that can be made- 60% serious, 40% joke) ;)

Thanks much for hosting and all that! We'll try to make it to Regionals but there's no guarantee.
You and I both know Samuel isn't even the best hero in the deck

You could say Music Leader isn't the best Hero in my deck as he serves the same function as Sam- support. Without a support Hero like that, the consistency and speed drops quite a bit, wouldn't you say?
You can't even pretend like you'd build a deck like that without him. I defy you to prove me wrong. ;)
