Title: Guess who came to our Arcadia, CA local?
Post by: Bryon on January 30, 2010, 07:34:07 PM: Benjamin Arp (DaClock)! It was really great to have him at the tournament. He's going to school in San Diego, so he made the drive to the tourney.

Also, setting a record for furthest traveled to attend a Redemption tournament: Bryan, coming all the way from China!

Not exclusively, no. He also wanted to see Hollywood, and practice his English.

Scott won the final round. In the final rescue attempt, he played SIX gold enhancements in the same battle. It was very impressive. :)

That made the final standings a tie for first between Scott Kramer and Luke Wolfe.

I don't. I get them in CA, from NC. Rob gets them FROM China, not IN China.

Bryan did not have Redemption cards in China. He got them when he came to California. :)

His whole trip will last 2 weeks.

Sorry I wasn't able to make it this time I had work, and a basketball game the night before... just couldn't do it all. :) That's typically how it happens... between work, basketball games and debate tournaments, I can make about one during the year... I make the first two typically and then regionals and state. Which destroys my shot at RNRS but keep me interested enough to keep playing. ;)

Also surprisingly didn't who Ben Arp was until we talk. LOL. Anyway, hope to see everyone else in other tournament in CA and Marcus!, we missed your group. Come back and play with us!!!.
