30 to 45 min is fine, usually i try to imagine if i had to walk to the venue from the hotel- how long it would take ect. because believe me, ive been there. and prob will be again...and Chris the above address was just a quick suggestion. Ill try to see if I can find something better.

No joke. However, many states start school after Labor Day. For the rest of us, the second week of August is very bad timing. Oh well. $:-\$
