EC Regionals Transport

Is anyone from the MD/PA area interested in going to EC regionals? I finally got the OK to leave any time on Friday, and I would especially be interested in leaving sometime Friday morning for the 7-8 hour trip to be there for the beginning of the festivities. PM me or respond in this thread, even if we've had prior correspondence on the issue, so we can get plans worked out ASAP.

I hope this works out.  It be great to have you guys join us.  Have you talked to Uthminister about possibly meeting up with his group in Cincy and all coming the rest of the way in their big van (like we did to MN nats last summer)?

It's a longer drive to Cincy than it is to Knoxville for me (or at least, extremely comparable).

Hey Chris, I just got confirmation about my work scedual this week.

The best I can do is 3:30 on friday. That's when I get off work.

Would you want to come pick me up, me drive to you or will you leave early Friday morning?

You meant Jackson, KY right?

I would leave Friday to pick you up, however, I would have to have more than us in the vehicle (or otherwise ask you to pay more for gas, which I'd feel bad about) to justify the trip, since I'm losing out on a day of work by doing it. I also may be switching some stuff around, so I might not be able to go, but I should know for sure by Sunday afternoonish.

Sounds good. Between the three of us, gas shouldn't be an issue. We can discuss further logistics, but I'll plan on picking you up at 3:30ish.
