So far, though, I think its going to be a pretty good operating system.

Windows 7 is just amazing. Really, really fast, never crashes, and is very effecient with resources. I can't wait until it comes out. =D

SEVEN IS AWESOME!!! EPICLY AWESOME!!!! I should get the RC again and re upgrade.... or just buy the $50 Update...

Post by: Lawfuldog on July 15, 2009, 12:41:57 AM: Since my dad works for Microsoft and does a lot of the testing/installation of new operating systems throughout the country, we have had Windows 7 on all of our computers for a while. It's great, far better than Vista. Which is a lot considering I like Vista. It's very smooth and easy to use, very efficient.

It definitely will not disappoint.

How about PC games... since you know... Microsoft STARTED that whole Games for Windows program...

Or is Micro$oft pretty much throwing PC gaming in the trash?

I'm dual booting my comp with Vista Premuim and Ubuntu. Had some problems with my lifechat headset so i havent used it in awhile (it was the only way to hear stuff for awhile) but now that i have speakers i may use ubuntu again.
