Hah, I was there ;) This was filmed about two years ago at a Rochester tournament, by a rochester group called 'Faith Stories'

P.S. notice my cameo apperance at 2:50, and again at 4:00 I think I beat Justin in that game ;)

I'm think i'm 16 in the video ~ I'm 19 now. I don't have contacts in the picture so it's between 05 and 07, and the shirt I'm wearing was from late 2006. So it's either late 06, or early 07.

EDIT: did some digging, Faith Stories was founded in 2007 - So it's 07 ;) I can't find a date for that video, but it's the third one they did, so it's probably still 07.
