I've used relatively plain deck sleeves (mostly matte, but I upgraded to nicer ones at Natz last year) pretty much all three years I've played Redemption, but this week I finally decided to treat my deck like the lady she is and buy some new, really nice ones. I finally decided on these really nice holographic Balrog (from LotR) sleeves that I'm really happy with.
-
I either go with very shiny single color sleeves, or dragon based sleeves.
-
My fun decks use shiny sleeves for the most part but my really good deck uses the best kind out:Matte legends green. Cheap and they last.
-
I use whatever's cheap. However, I refuse to use sleeves that are holographic on both sides. Ingame distractions are evil.

We brought a set of those to a tournament for booster. Surprisingly, no eyebrows were raised.

-
Ever since I was puny I've been using DragonSheild sleeves. They have no design but are perfect imo.

I either use Ultra pro Yu-Gi-Oh sleeves which fit redemption cards very nice they may not last as long as Dragon Shield but they are still very nice or I use Dragon Shield which are indestructable and last for ever. I have had a set from 2001? that I still use.
-
I've heard that the smaller Yugioh sleeves don't fit Redemption cards well

I've got mine since 2000, top that. ;)

The off brand yu-gi-oh sized sleeves dont fit very well but the Ultra Pro Brand do fit even Priest and G/H cards nicely.
-
lol you don't know me then i agree dragon shields are the best but i destroy those too cause im quite rough and i mess with my deck almost insistantly

Let's see what Mythbusters have to say about that.

You've obviously never seen the show,
They'd shoot it with a .50 caliber first ;)

I have a set of Ultra Pro Standard black sleeves from 1996, that I have used extensively throughout the years. They are well worn but still functional ;D
-
i import mine from japan.
-
I have some sweet japan-imported sleeves. They came with a cool Manga pic ;)
-
I use mostly Ultra Pro. I have used sleeves from Dragon Shield (for my deck so lovingly called the Purple Machine of Death! :)) Wal-Mart sleeves and other cheep sleeves.
