Well?...
I take 1 mile walk every week day and a 3 mile walk on Saturday and Sunday, And i work outside all day on Saturday.
*Edit* Almost forgot about the 100 sit-ups and 75 push-ups a day. :P
-
I bike the 5 miles to school every day.
-
I jog 6 mil evey day
-
I do push-ups, and I go on bike rides with my wife on the weekends (~5 miles). I've also been known to bike to the post office if I have something pressing that needs to be mailed (~11 miles).
-
i enjoy playing tennis
-
I used to do Stepmania, until my downstairs neighbors didn't like it.

Me, too! Unfortunately, it's rather hot here (AZ), so I haven't been able to lately.

Exerwhat?
On a tangentially related note, my parents once gave my brother Arnold's book on bodybuilding as a Christmas present. If you've ever seen this book, you know it's enormous, like Strong's Concordance huge. Even in paperback. The way I see it, you don't even need to read or follow any of the prescriptions in the book. Just heft the book itself over your head 15-20 times, three times a day, and you'll look like Arnold in six months.

Seriously though, I do weights and swimming.
-
I go to the gym and lift weights. But I also play sports occasionally, such as Basketball, Football, Baseball, Tennis, Raquetball (w00t), and the occasional Volleyball.
And no, Volleyball is not a girly sport. It's a lot of fun.
-
+1
Dude, volleyball is awesome. The top players in the game are guys making it NOT a girl dominated sport
-
Softball, Working out, volleyball (Sand volleyball is one of the greatest sports you can play.), and biking, which I'm actually going to go do right now, lol.
-
Weights and mainly basketball, which I probably play on a daily basis.
-
Weights and football practice(and just playing football, of course). When its not football season, I run 5-6 miles a few times a week and play soccer.
I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Wii, yet...
Jeremy
-
Oh, i wasn't thinking about sports.... Football, Baseball, Socor, And Wii. :)
-
I walk my neighbors dog occasionally and I play 15-20 mins of Wii fit every day

Hey,
The best way to exercise, is going to work at a daycare. There's nothing like trying to keep up with 30-50 little kids to keep you in shape.
But Volleyball, stepmania, and ultimate frisbee are all good alternatives. Although it is all too often a challenge to find enough people skilled enough at volleyball to make it fun.

Alright... I have to put in my two cents worth.... (wow, I can't believe we're all critiquing Colin's body....*shakes head*) Anywho.... While I will admit that your figure is quite impressive, you could stand to gain some muscle... Say, probably around 5-10 pounds or so...

nah i think his body type is a good rep for his personality.
Not quite sure how though....but they do seem cohesive

I am a Physical Therapist at a skilled nursing facility in Minneapolis, MN. I lift people with strokes, hip/knee replacements, alzheimers, etc who cannot walk without help. Some people can't even get out of a chair. I get these people to walk and take care of themselves again. Just like what Sir Nobody said about getting tons of exercise chasing kids, come lift people with me all day....that is my exercise.

I usually do weightlifting 3 days a week. Sometimes I run. This summer I've been swimming quite often and I recently bought a bike so I've been enjoying riding it.
-
I play basketball and weightlift.
-
I usually play tennis 4-5 times a week (at least during the summer) In fact I played tennis for 7 and a half hours today. Out of the 11 hours I was awake I consider that to be pretty good exercise.
-
I bike for 45-90 minutes (stationary) or between 12-30 miles (outdoors) everyday that I can (and that time allows). I also try to lift weights 3x a week (mostly bench/incline/decline/ lat pulldown/curls...moslty upper body) but this is less regular due to my schedule.
-
Basketball! I love playing at my local gym and on my own goal.
-
Though I don't exersize as much as I should...
I'm a Children's teacher/worker at my church (Playing with kids= exersize)
I swim semi often
And I'm myself, If you don't get this one... You've never been around me when I'm hyper.
-
My dad tries to run and stress fractures his leg.
I then proceed to make fun of him for it.
-
I go bowling twice a week and bowl about 5 games each day. I know your thinking that it must cost alot but at the bowling ally they have $1 games and I have my own shoes.
-
well, i sort through my cards, and work on my deck... oh wait u mean physical stuff.... Tennis
-
I'm in Marching Band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
well,,,,,,,in the summer
it's 4 hours of soccer everyday,
plus extra running with my dad
then during normal life:
weight training
200 sit-up's
at least 100 push up's
the jogging/walking my circle over and over.....
then during other times, i eat..... :P
lol
-
I did 60 miles on my bike today and I am paying the price today.
I think I bit off more than I could chew...
-
I'm in Marching Band!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And you dont even play a Brass Instrument ::)
-
In the AM, ride my bike to work (2 miles).
In the afternoon, ride home and run a couple miles with Kurt. In the summer, we do 1.75 mile run and 0.25 mile swim instead. Once a week, instead of the short run, we do a 5.5 miler.
In the evening, we walk the dog as a family for about 1.6 miles.
-
Monday~2-2 1/2 hours of basketball
Tuesday~1 to 2 1/2 hours of volleyball
Thursday~2 hours of Ultimate
Occasionally a couple hours of soccer on Sundays.
Plus I'm starting to do bike rides again, a couple times a week for about 20 miles each day.
Just need to start a weight lifting routine. :)
-
I lift and carry beehives. Yep, I actually work to exercise! :P Early in the year, this job is fairly easy, but harvesting honey supers with a bunch of hand tools is something else altogether. Multiply this by 100-200 hives, and your back feels like Jello.
