Not enough information, since Nameless lives in MN, where the storms weren't as strong.

You can't get a remotely close estimate without knowing the weight distribution, surface area, fiction, the vectors of the wind forces, and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm not smart enough to think of.

My estimation is a 0.3MPH wind
