what enhancements are there that are considered spiritual gifts because i can't think of any and that makes the card Spiritual Gifts useless?
Spiritual Gifts
2/2 Green GE
any enhancement that is a spiritual gift can be played this turn regardless of brigade color.
Galatians 5:22-23
would it be the fruit of the spirit because that is the verse or are there other ones?

No one ever uses the fruits of the spirit cards because they are so weak, I think they should remake them to make them more powerful.

Love and Joy are two I can think of. Love is a blue promo that does something but I don't remember what, and Joy is a purple enhancement without a SA.

Fruit is: Love Joy Peace Patience Kindness Goodness Faithfulness Gentleness and Self-control (NIV)

Peace and Kindness are able to ignore entire brigades. One or two others (Possibly goodness and gentleness? maybe?) were SA-less enhancements in the blue packs.

From the REG:
Spiritual Gifts in the Bible
An enhancement is considered a spiritual gift if it represents one of the gifts of the Spirit listed in the Bible. Spiritual gifts can be found in Romans 12. The following are recorded: prophesying (v. 6), serving (v. 7), teaching (v. 7), encouraging (v. 8), giving (v. 8), leadership (v. 8), and mercy (v. 8). I Corinthians 12 specifies the following as spiritual gifts: message of wisdom (v. 8), message of knowledge (v. 8), special faith (v. 9), power to heal the sick (v. 9), ability to perform miracles (v. 10), prophecy (v. 10), discernment (v. 10), and foreign tongues (v. 10). The Redemption® card Spiritual Gifts uses the verse Galatians 5:22-23 which would make the following spiritual gifts as well: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, long-suffering, meekness, and temperance. 1 Corinthians 12:8 lists wisdom. Finally, Ephesians 4:7-16 lists the following gifts: apostle (v. 11), prophecy (v. 11), evangelism (v. 11), and pastoral and teaching (v. 11).
The Redemption® cards that represent on of the gifts are:
• Answer to Prayer, Clemency of David, Counsel of Abigail, Endurance (Long-suffering), Faith, Faith as Children, Faith in our High Priest, Faith of Abraham, Faith of Bartimaeus, Faith of David, Faithfulness of Ananias, Faithfulness of Luke, Generous Giving, Gentleness, Goodness, Great Faith, Healing, Heavenly Trance, Hospitality of Martha, Jethro’s Wisdom, Joy, Kindness, Long-suffering of John, Love (Promo), Meekness of Isaac, Mercy of James, Miracle of Healing, New Tongues, Patience, Patience of Job, Peace, Prayer of Faith, Preaching God’s Word, Prophecy of Eldad & Medad, Sanctifying Faith, Temperance, Testing Solomon's Wisdom, The Might of Faith, Truthfulness of Nathan, Visions of Iddo the Seer, Wisdom, and Wisdom of Solomon
