How long does yahoo take to send the invite e-mail? You had the correct e-mail as far as I know but I haven't received an invite e-mail from yahoo yet.

Raven, Chill. I saw yours after I saw this one. Plus Kirk has done this multiple years in a row. And no one is saying you cant run a league, but as commissioner, YOU have to be the one to invite people and get them interested.

I am facing the same problem with some of my leagues. I have a church league and a friends league and I am running a little light on members for each league.

Matt brought up a number of good points. Many people only look to join one or two leagues a year. I have run this league for several years, so a number of participants choose to play in this league again each year because it is fun to play with many of the same people from year to year.

Also, if you had posted your thread earlier in the summer, you may have found more interest by being the first to post a thread. I posted this thread a week before you posted yours, so a numbers of players decided to join this league before they even knew you had a league. As it gets closer to the regular season, there very well might be more people interested in playing in a league.

This league is not about me, it is simply about fantasy football. I just happen to be the person who presses the "renew season" button and "invite players" to get it started each year. Why don't you just join this league and play with us?

Well it seems like your choices are to cancel your league and join kirks or stop complaining that people have joined kirks and go do your own recruiting. Since you have facebook you should try recruiting with that.

Sorry guys I was gone to Boston and didn't get a chance to check this for awhile. I am going to switch it to 20 teams. I also want to make sure everyone can make the league draft and had just thrown out a random date after nationals to set up the league. Would it work to draft in 2 weeks on Wed, Sep 1 at 9:30 pm EST?

I can create a new thread with the list of teams on it.

Changed to 4 divisions (randomly picked teams with random.org) and set draft in two weeks.
