Post by: Nameless on August 07, 2011, 11:02:47 AM
At NATS will redemption cash be accepted for the new set or not?

Highly doubt it,
redemption cash is worth about as much as Zimbabwean dollars  :P

Eventually redemption cash will be worth more than the American dollar  ;)

Hey,

In years past I believe Rob allowed a portion of your purchase of the new set to be paid in redemption cash.  I think it was something like 25% (although I never actually used the opportunity so I'm not real sure about that number).

Tschow,

My only hope of getting the new set lies in a good ratio.

Since Rob has already mentioned the burden Redemption Cash has put on his company, I would not get hopes too high about using Redemption Cash at Nats for the new set. Rob is profoundly generous and can do what he wants, but realize that as our ecomony continues to struggle, Rob may have to make necessary concessions.

And even if you can't use your RCash at Nats itself (when Rob usually has a limited amount of the new set), I would imagine that you could use it later to order stuff or pay for future tournaments that you host :)

But won't it expire at Nats?

How did this get -2'd before I upped him?

This season's RCash has an expiration date of 10/1/11, so there's time after Nats to redeem it.
