How do you tell the difference between the Original Plague of Flies and the '95 Promo?

the promo one does not have the artist named on it.

There was no PoF in the Limited printing, so all that have the bright yellow brigade color and no copyright notice are promos. The Unlimited have the darker gold, and a copyright notice.
