The one I go to is pretty laid back... though my design teachers love throwing HUGE multi-part projects on me at the EXACT same time.

I still have four more days, two of which I am giving Final Exams. Of course, after the students are gone, I have two more days of grading those exams.

one class ends monday, one class ends thursday, thesis is turned in Friday and then defense that next Friday, same day as I move out of my apartment

College is not much different from High School. However, you have to be a lot more responsible for yourself and get assignments done on time. Time management is critical while in college, especially if you have a job. You also end up with a major area of study in college, whereas in high school you just take a broad range of fundamental classes. If you decide that college is for you, then you need to have the mindset that you will remain focused on your studies. If you don't, then you will end up wasting time and money. It is tough enough to pay off school loans once you have successfully completed college and get a better job. If you fail to complete college and still need to pay off loans, well good luck, it's not going be easy.

I transitioned from public school to homeschool mid-year, so I had half of my summer in between then. I still have 6 more weeks left, but then I finish the rest of my summer. Interesting 6th Grade year, huh? $:-\$
