Title: Need some help with some symbolism meaning

So I ran across this bracelet and like the looks of it and am gonna buy it for a certain friend whose style it would kinda go with (their birthday is the 16...) BUT I can't for the life of me figure out what the charms mean (the only thing I can halfway decipher is the two circles both have 13 dots but that might be looking a bit to hard....) so anyone wanna help me out? I believe that's Coptic script (http://www.ancientscripts.com/images/coptic.gif) but don't quote me on that.

No, it's not Coptic, or any other derivative of Greek for that matter.
