Each week the past month, I have my kids my kids memorize a verse. After the first three were in different books, I though how cool it would be if they memorize one from each book (this would also help them memorize the book order as I can have them recite it in order). This week is Acts. I have not read Acts in a while and do not know a good verse for them to memorize. Any suggestions?
So far, we have these verses memorized:
Matthew 5:37
Mark 12:30
Luke 6:31
John 3:16

If they are younger kids I might use Acts 16:31.
They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved – you and your household." (NIV)
But the one that stood out to me and I remember memorizing is Acts 1:8.
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." (NIV)

Ditto on 1:8. I memorized it in Karate class, and it's a great reminder that isn't "yet another salvation verse"

Acts 2:38
