No :-p  I had posted a constructive critism about the video and Raven deleted it. I was just asking had MehMan even commented because raven can over react at times.

RR I found your "constructive critism" a little to harsh and rav did to, but please let's not start ANOTHER useless flame over what happen okay? I made Rav pull it cause i started to feel unsure of myself but, after seeing what lambo said (which is so funny!) and rav did I said he could pt it up again...and guys let's just drop it okay?

Beside my voice, the paint pics, and a few other things what do you LIKE of it?

Very Good, one very minor thing though: you might want to completely script what you are going to say, I've made videos before and they're way harder if you don't completely script it

no, I don't I want to but I find it annoying I MEAN ANNOYING cause I have to looking at the screen or paper for what i say next, but I do it with out recording just to get my ducks in the row and to think about my Moive, show, and game of the week and my Hail and Fail...so it is kinda scripted but I keep it in my mind

it doesn't have to be on paper.
it can be on a lil program called "notepad" and it's served me well for "rav shav"

True, but since you aren't recording video of yourself, I don't think this is a huge problem. Scripting can help quite a lot when you're just getting into broadcasting stuff and still haven't quite found a good flow for things. I would at least try writing everything down on paper and using it as a help, since you can look at it all you want without being worried about good visual presence.

That is a major pro to podcasts no need to be visually stimulating.

#1: do a band of the week
#2: do a book of the week (please make some good choices)
#3:dont just say oh another celebrity got arrested it leaves us all guessing(FYI it was Kanye West)
#4:get a little off redemtpion, yes its great but the whole show revolved around mainly redemption

Okay I've taken a look but at this time I'm not looking to add anything yet, as for #3 and #4 This was my redemption ep and the "useless news" (the part about the celebrity) changes EVERY week (if you want to suggest the news I use every week tell me something cool and I will get back to you)

as for #2 I like reading and I wouldn't mind doing it, but the book I might choose people might will go on how stupid or how dumb it is (everyone has their point of view) and then a flame war might break out from it and I don't really need that

as for #1 I'm not into many bands I like alot of music, but don't really care for the band so it would kinda be pointless foe me (I don't keep up with bands enough to do one)

but thanks for the suggestions and I will look into them more.

I don't mind suggestions but I would like people to stay on topic I just want to know what you thought okay?

Does every kid who has a mic think he can broadcast on the noobtube?

I mean seriously. They're giving you constructive critisism as far as I can tell. Havent't seen any useless info. Smart people know that if you give the people what they want, they love you. It's called bribing the listener base. And, your listener base, is us.

I never really asked them for it I just wanted to know what they thought of it cause it was my redemption episode thats all the suggestions they give will be looked at and thought of but at this time I'm not ready to add anything (this was only my 3rd episode) so yes suggestions I don't mind but I'm not looking to add anything right now

Well, easy you said "nice" or " not bad" or even " good but could have better" and then add suggestions with those instead of just acting like it was useless and putting suggestions in that maybe only you would like to see. Now I understand people want to see more and there will be more just at this time I doing these few segments and once I'm ready to do more I will take your suggestions in highly!! Just right now I don't need to case I was only showing it to you.

NOW! All suggestions have been looked at and I will add more so you can suggest just don't sound insalting okay?

No, but not even commenting on what they thought of it is kinda insalting and just putting suggestions in that I didn't really ask for doesn't really help much.

I'mma come off mean but you need to get used to constructive critisms.  When you ask for thoughts people aren't all gonna go "GOOD JORB!" they are gonna say "Good." Or "It is ok but..." or even "I didn't like it but X would help it.". None of it is personal, None of it is trying to be mean. It is just people who know what to look for in (whatever you are doing). Like posting a deck on here. People are gonna tell you what to take out and what works when you post it here. I mean if you won't let the people who listen to you comment with suggestions who can you? :-p

P.s. Anything you ever show anyone is subject to their opinion and thoughts, that includes critques(Sp?).

A side note for those who critique: perhaps start with something positive, then mention changeables. That way the person being critiqued does not feel attacked. You know the cliche: I've got some good news and some bad news.... first, the good news!  ;D

In those cases, you either aren't looking for anything good, or you are not the best person to do the critiquing. There is always a nice way to say things, even the criticisms. If you can't think of any, then perhaps saying nothing is the best choice.

I don't have time to watch it right now... but just looking at other's posts, if you say something bad, say something good. It's a nice way to show them that you liked it, but still give hints on how they could make it better.
