There are several who have.
Off the top of my head...
Justin (The Guardian) Alstad
Gabe (Gabe) Isbel
Tim (Sir Nobody) Maly
Chris Bany
Ron Sias
Sam Nurge
and me.
There are at least 3 or 4 more minimum, but I'm drawing a blank. Some won and retired before I started playing.
Also, the list of all the winners are at Chris Bany's website covenantgames.com
-
Keith Bartram and Josh Hey
-
Matt Townsend
Martin Miller
Chris Ericson
Nathan Voigt
Kevin Shride
Josiah Beers
and not me.

not westy.
but me

I really want to emphasize how few National tournaments Westy has actually won. That number is actually zero, if you can believe it (which you should, because Westy is bad).
Keith Batram, Tim Maly, and Gabe Isbell are the only three to have won T12P more than once, and of those, Gabe is the only one to have won both his tournaments in the last decade. You'll note though, that at no point has Westy won even a single category, even those that aren't T12P.

Only one half of the most watched redemption podcast is nationally certified as a champion
-
What categories? I have a first in two different categories. As for the two players, I like to stick around spots 2-4 I guess.
-
Which of those players are still playing?
-
Basically everyone but Bartram and Hey. I'm not sure about Sias any more. Most of them still play, but not at the high competitive level. They prefer to be a host of the game now.
-
Sais plays on at nats though.

Hey,
I know this is a little bit of an old thread, but I figured Daniel Whitten, Chad Soderstrom, Bryon Hake, and Gil Kimmons deserve to be mentioned. They are the people with more than one national title that haven't been mentioned yet.
Also, while Chris Bany has won multiple RNRS titles, he has never won an event at the national tournament (it's hard to win when you're MC-ing).
The following people have won the same event more than once:
Ron Sias (T1-MP)
Gabe Isbell (T1-2P, T2-2P, TEAMS)
Justin Alstad (T1-MP, T2-2P)
Tim Maly (T1-2P, T1-MP)
Gil Kimmons (T2-2P, T2-MP)
Joshua Hey (T2-MP)
Keith Bartram (T1-2P)
Kevin Shride (TEAMS)
Bryon Hake (T2-2P)
Daniel Whitten (T1-MP)
And Keith Bartram is the only one to have won the same category three times.
Tschow,
Tim "Sir Nobody" Maly

Kevin Shride and Gabe Isbell won TEAMS 3 times in a row. The first was not a sanctioned event but it had a bigger turnout than the two "official" events.
-
I love when Gabe refers to himself in the third person. ;D
-
Hey,
If you're going to include unofficial categories Ben Arp and Kirk Dennison would need to be added to the list as well. They won teams twice while it was an unofficial category. I don't generally pay attention to the unofficial categories so there may be more but those are the two I know off the top of my head.

We can't include unofficial categories, otherwise I'd be considered a national champ (Settlers of Canaan ;) )

If that is so, all I can say is, "May God have mercy on your soul."
