Oh good, whenever someone told me to just upload my files to the cloud, I always worried about them getting wet or worse, being hit by lightning...  ::)

Honestly, I'd almost rather they were stored in an actual cloud...after all, it would be a lot harder for a hacker to fly up to my specific cloud and get access to my files then it is for him to hack a bunch of computers...

But then he just flies and uses a bag to grab all my data!

The best hackers don't always use their computer skill to hack, they use their people skills, it's often easier to simply ask for someones password/walk into a place in the guise of a legitimate worker than to break through computer security.
