The section at the very top lets you set a userpic.

Oh that pic I think it has to do with your enternet protection. :laugh:  I could be wrong. :laugh:

Also, an important factor in this is that you cannot use a file on your computer. You must host the image onto a image site such as www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com) and then use the link for the hosted image in the settings panel.

I always host my own on my Photobucket page. Much easier.
