Title: How to make a card

I really want to know how to make an image for a card and put it into the redemtion card frame. Could someone help me?

I wrote a tutorial on it, but no one expressed any thanks for it, and eventually I deleted the pics.

I would really like it if someone went through the process and write it down somewhere so people don't have to ask.  :)
