I will be heading off to Canada for a cruise for the next two weeks, and I shan't return until the fourth. There's no internet (or even cell reception), so I'll be taking a hiatus for now.
Nobody do anything interesting, or requiring sarcasm, until I get back.

Oh no Kittens!!

my plot of ridding of him for a time has worked.
we'll try not to miss you
-

I actually find that relaxing. Just sit and enjoy the breeze and some cards.
-
AND FISHING! YOU CAN'T GO TO CANADA WITHOUT FISHING! YOU'RE A KITTEN, YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO CATCH FISH SOME TIME OR ANOTHER!

I'm on a boat, I'm on a boat
Everybody look at me
'Cause I'm sailing on a boat
I'm on a boat, I'm on a boat
Take a good hard look
At the really big boat
I'm on a boat with a (ninja) duck, take a look at me
Straight flowing on a boat on the deep blue sea
Busting five knots, wind whipping out my coat
You can't stop me various forum members, 'cause I'm on a boat
No fishing off the cruise ship, sadly. I'm at the train station now, on shaky wireless...
Turns out you can't fish off the train either. My brother and I played Redemption on the way here, it's a totally different game in the back of the van on a bumpy highway.

So, my first thought:

We have tons of pictures of this thing, which is the tallest incline tower in the world.
-
that's awesome-looking! 8)

For somebody without internet, you're sure posting a lot. ;)
What is up with that building? I mean, did somebody see the Leaning Tower of Piza and think, "Yeah, that's a great idea! And let's make it even bigger to ensure it tips!"?
-
I see ropes pulling it to the ground

I was under the impression that we'd get to Montreal, crash, and head off to the ship in the morning. Turns out we scheduled an extra day in Montreal, and the ship doesn't even start loading until 1:00 today.
It's the tallest inclined building in existence, built for the Montreal Olympics in 1976. However, cracks are developing, and it looks like it'll have to come down. It does look like a massive, concrete Domo Kun looming over the city.
Though I should add, it was built before Shoop or Domo ever came into existence.

No, those are the lazorz. Someone really need to take a physics class.

Make sure you know where the lifeboats are. Just in case!
-
+1 of course
-
Lifeboat #4, on the port side.
Hurray for internet cafe's! We could have internet on the ship, but it's $60 for 100 minutes.
