We have at our playgroup, a person who has used the same OP'd deck for a long long long time. Does anyone think he will ever get bored of using the same deck especially if he keeps winning? It seems like his deck is undefeated. I have only defeated him once, when I made a deck especially to go against him... But thats it!

I thought at first you were asking a question about Suicidal Swine Stampede :) (Boaring). Obviously the person you are referring to does not find it boring.
But I do find it interesting that there are many players out there who have almost complete sets of Redemption cards and only use one deck at a time! I don't have near a complete set, but I traded to get enough of the basic dominants and lost souls to have 16 real life decks (with an idea for a 17th!). I love the diversity of brigades and strategies that Redemption offers. So I strongly encourage anyone who plays casually and has a couple thousand cards unsused at any given time to try making more decks!

I know with myself I switch decks for my playgroup because I have two decks (Gold/Gold and Heroless) that are particularly hard to beat. So every time or every other time I will have a brand new deck to use (though the two I mentioned are still around). It adds a bit of fun and spice to everyones game AND it allows me not to worry about counter decks. Also, I do not go boaring into situations like this, nor into peoples minds ;) *Pulls out drill* Wait maybe I do. *Awesome Brain drilling sound effects*

Oh boy. You do know that you are spelling it wrong, right? BORING is what you meant to say. A BOAR is a wild pig :)

Hey,

It seems like his deck is undefeated. I have only defeated him once, when I made a deck especially to go against him... But thats it!
I played the same deck for four years. It took about 3 1/2 years before it got boring to play with the deck. (I didn't play it much with my local playgroup, mostly just when I went out of town to tournaments so I wasn't beating too many of the same people with it over and over and over again.) So yes he will eventually get bored with it (or the game will change enough that it won't win anymore) but it might take a while before that happens.
The worst part (in my experience) about playing the same deck for a really long time is that people start to think that it's the only type of deck you can play or that you don't like building any other type of deck just because they can't remember you ever playing anything else.
