Gomer+Scribe+Proud Pharisee+Gibeonite Trickery is a nice one at the end of the game (when you're decked out)

Well, cards like Failed Objective and Death of Unrighteous are sort of chump blocks, but being enhancements, they give the attacker a chance to play doms and stuff first (or have initiative first).

They don't if you have horses. 

Gomer + Kot can sometimes get a chump block. 

Just a hireling can get a chump block sometimes like DoU or Failed Objective.
