Can anyone tell me the difference between a few cards!

Burial:  from the b starter deck & Promo version
Lost Soul (Ezekiel 36:19):  a,b starter deck & Promo version
Stillness:  from the b starter deck & Promo version
Plague of Flies:  Unlimited version & Promo version
Meditation: b starter deck & Promo version

methinks the stillness promo has a a little pixely error on the moon

Hey I never got an answer on this one!  Which ones have the Cactus Game Design name on them?
