Title: Can someone explain how to get my own avatar picture?

I want to have my own picture but I don't understand how...usually all I have to do is browse my computer. I tried a facebook link to a picture but it didn't work...help!

www.photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com) is your best bet.

Well that would be awesome except they won't let me make a username...UGH this is frustrating.

U need to put in the URL, not the picture itself

Yeah! I know it's very frustrating! I'm trying to do the samething. I guess I should atlease try to attempt to make a photobucket. Hmmm,..

i was saying photobucket wouldnt let me make a username. I got it to work (obviously you can see my picture is clearly not a redemption card) with firefox...i guess there was a problem with Google Chrome. Thanks for the help though!

I have a photobucket account, if any one is having trouble setting one up, let me know and I can put your pics up on mine.  I can also provide instructions on how to set up your avatar from that.  PM me for details.

1. go to google
2. picture area (usually in upper left ahnd corner)
3. type the picture you want
4. find one
5. right click, properties, copy
6. past to URL in profile area

            CONGRATZ

People want to know how to get their pics, not just any pic.
