Does anyone know of any good free blogs? Features I am most interesting in are photo and video sharing, custom skinning, and googleability.

I like tumblr the best, too.  Very, very simple.

Blogger.com is part of the Google world if you're looking for a blog that is more likely to show up in search results.
Wordpress.org is extremely customizable.

blog.com
typepad.com
