Ok now...I know that this is a sensitive issue with us pizza-lovers ;D but I thought it would be fun to see what everyone's favorite pizza is!
I found an article from 2014 from Forbes.com called "The Best Pizzeria in America" and the author said that he's tried 'em all and that the very best (it's not even close) is a place called Tony's in San Francisco. He then proceeds to post this picture:
(https://www.cactusforums.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fblogs-images.forbes.com%2Flarryolmsted%2Ffiles%2F2014%2F07%2FTonysPizza17.jpg&hash=54e67c484b72ad042c389d1e00a89f8db144e464)
Now here's something for you all to know about me. I am Italian, and I am from Chicago. In other words, I KNOW pizza (at least, I know what I like ). And THAT pizza doesn't come CLOSE to the G.O.A.T. of all pizzas...which I will say no more about before first showing you this picture of it:

Now you all tell me - which one looks better??? Is it even close??? That second picture is of a Giordano's stuffed crust pizza, which in my strong opinion is BY FAR the best pizza in the world ever! ;D

What is your favorite pizza? Has anyone tried Giordano's? Let the pizza wars begin! (Let's keep it as civil as possible guys  )

WHHYYYYY
WHY DO YOU POST THIS IMMEDIATELY AFTER JETS CLOSES!!!
AHHH THE CRAVING!!!
*dies*

Giordano's is my favorite as well. Anytime we're in the Chicago area we make it a point to stop at one to get a pizza.
-
@ KV - I died reading that!! sorry bro!!!
@ Gabe - right on!!

Wrong thread to stumble into at this time of night!
-
How could you ever post something like this?!?!? :'(.
In all honesty, I really like super thin, crispy wood fire pizza. Deep dish has too much stuff to truly enjoy it imo. I will say though, all those pizzas look super good though.
-
I want. I want very much.
-
My favorite is either Papa Johns, or Kenzaronis, my families pizza place. was really good.
-
That is not a pizza. That is a tomato pie.
Real pizza comes from New York and you can pick it up with your hands.
;)

Shots fired!

;D this reminds me of some pizza jokes I've heard about NY vs Chicago pizza.
"Your pizza is so thin I could fax it to you!"
"Your pizza could be a topping on my pizza!"
I do really like NY style pizza like Sbarro a lot more than many other pizzas...but to me it's not in the same league as the Chicago style ;)

I'll just say my favorite pizza is the one that's in front of me. Just don't put any fruit on it...veggies belong on pizza. Fruit does not. :police:

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

Street smarts is knowing that tomatoes don't belong on pizza unless they are in sauce form.

Lou's > Giordano's. Funnily enough, the best pizza in Chicago is Macello, which isn't even deep dish .
I like Italian pizza better than Chicago pizza. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of options in Minnesota. This is about as close as you'll get:

The best pizza's are made by Italians.

These pizzas have been shipping around the world. I made sure mom and dad brought one down to NC every time they came down to visit. Oh, and by the way, when you wake up in the morning, your breath still smells like garlic. THAT is pizza!
Thanks for posting this. Now I think I want a Coccia for supper! But it's Friday, which means when they open at 5p.m. their phone will be busy for two solid hours. If I can get through, it will be 2 1/2 hours before I can pick it up. :( Have I convinced you it is the best yet?

I can vouch for Coccia House. They have incredible pizza. And they are only 2+ miles from my house :D
