Title: Attention Parents!
Post by: YourMathTeacher on November 07, 2010, 10:17:26 AM
Today's newspaper includes the Holiday Catalog for both Target and Walmart. It's not quite the same as getting the old Sears Holiday catalog (which was the size of an encyclopedia), but nonetheless my 3-year-old daughter has been sitting on the couch for the last hour flipping through the pages of the Target catalog.

I got the Walmart and the ToysRUs one but I don't think I got the Target one.
1/3 of my wish list is Redemption Card related. :)

Half of mine is Redemption-related.

The other half is money.

But by then everyone's maxed out their credit cards because of Black Friday.

i remember the old catalogs lol. we used to look through those and mark what we wanted and then parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents would go to other stores and get the stuff. my wife just made me make a Christmas list but since my birthday is 12 days from Christmas i had to say what i want first.

January 9th is the best because my parents get a lot of things on clearance from stores clearing their inventories.

FYI, Holiday Catalog is a proper name and the title of the publication, hence the capitalization.

Political correctness isn't "proper"

Take that up with the one who named the catalog, not YMT.

It was a general statement, and not intended in any way to reflect on YMT.

I try to be transparent, so there isn't much that reflects on me anyway.  ;)
