1. What card has the most completely different pieces of card art? (A zoomed/enhanced version of the same art does not count as different art. In this context, treat cards with the same name as the same card.)
2. What piece of card art has been attributed to different artists on different printings?
3. What was the earliest-printed card that transferred ownership of a card?
4. Only one character from the blue boosters had a special ability. What character is that? (Bonus point: What was the next character card chronologically to have a special ability?)
5. The Apostles expansion was comprised almost entirely of cards from New Testament or later. What Apostles card has an OT reference?
6. The Warriors expansion had 5 "Mask of..." cards using art from "the Christian CD-ROM game Saints of Virtue." Which Mask card did not mention that CD-ROM game?
7. There are (at least) two names that are spelled in different ways on different Redemption cards. What are they?
8. Name a Redemption card with an ampersand in the title.
9. Between the limited and unlimited original Redemption sets, what card's art significantly changed?
10. What is the highest number of words in a Redemption card's title?
11. What card has two different expansion symbols on the bottom-left card at once?
12. Is there at least one Redemption card starting with each letter of the alphabet?
13. Is there at least one Redemption card with a reference from each book of the Bible?
14. Discounting cards with variable abilities, what card has a strength or toughness number not in the range 0 to 12?
15. Isn't the card art for Evil wasted on such a lame card?
Test your pointless knowledge! Try your skills! Prove my answers wrong! Post your own!
Answers, as far as I know (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong):
1. "Lost Soul," technically, would have the most, but that's a boring answer. The interesting answer is Fortify Site, with completely different pieces of art in Warriors, Kings, and RoA2. Honorable Mention to Ashtaroth Worship and Bow and Arrow, each with 2 different pieces of art within one set.
2. Egypt's art was been credited to Ned Loeb in Women and Joe Boulden in the 10th Anniversary Starter Deck.
3. The card is Redemption, from Warriors. Good luck making that actually happen.
4. Delilah, who ignores Samson and his strength, was the only character in the blue packs with a special ability. Mary, the 1995 "Mary Christmas" promo, was the next character and the first Hero with a special ability.
5. Wall of Protection has a I Kings reference.
6. Mask of Fear is missing the blurb. If you know this... why do you know this?
7. [Healing of] Naaman/Namaan's Chariots and Horses, Jephthah['s Tragic Vow]/Lamenting for Jepthah's Daughter
8. There are three: Death & Hades, Passover & Unleavened Bread, Prophecy of Eldad & Medad
9. Shamgar's art was changed to remove most of the blood coming from the guy getting hit with the oxgoad.
10. 6 words: Break Down the Wall of Gath
11. Faith as Children has both a Warriors and a Women symbol. It's a shame the Priests version didn't include those along with the rarity identifier and ark symbol.
12. No, no card starts with X. Only one card, Yoke of Iron, starts with Y.
13. No, no card is from II John. A few books have only one card: Zephaniah (Zephaniah), Song of Solomon (Banner of Love), Philemon (Philemon), I Thessalonians (In the Clouds), II Thessalonians (Might of Angels), Haggai (Haggai).
14. Samson's Sacrifice has a toughness of -1. No card has a printed ability of higher than 12.
15. Yes. Yes it is.

1: What about panic demons?

1: What about panic demons?
Or Obsidian Minions.
-
D'oh, I'm a dummy. Panics and Minions totally beat out Fortify Site. I guess I could massage the question to get Fortify Site to be the answer, but the seven different Panic Demons definitely win the show there.

"What card has had the most art changes in different sets?"
-
15. Yes. Yes it is.
I was just thinking the same thing! BTW, I found its original art on the web...

Oddly enough, that picture reminds me a bit of the cover of my wife's novel (http://www.lulu.com/product/paperback/the-great-one/14001852) :)

1. Generics FTL. Ira FTW. ;)
-
I was thinking about how to make an Ira question (Hey there Eleazar), but nothing was coming. And at least everyone proving me wrong about #1 makes me feel better about the other 14. Anyone else have "interesting" trivia questions?

What's the only card that has the word "all" in all caps three times?
ANB!!

What card has the longest special ability?
I don't know the answer. I'm just posting this so someone takes the time to figure this out. It might be Agur.

These cards have the most characters in their special abilities:
Invisible Beings (intended special ability): 277 characters
David's Tent: 274
The Name of the Lord: 261
Chariots of the Sun: 256
Ambush the City: 253
A New Beginning: 249
Raiders' Camp: 245
Agur: 243
Jehoram the Priest: 242
Angry Mob: 241
-
Is that what's printed on the cards, or does it include erratas?
-
To Mr. Sauce: This is taken from the text of the Ultimate Redemption Card List, which is in almost every case the text printed on the cards. The Invisible Beings error is not reproduced in URCL, and has the full text the card was intended to have. Every other ability is using what is printed. Invisible Beings is missing the last 22 characters on the printed version, which would put it between Chariots of the Sun and Ambush the City on the list.
For fun, the shortest non-empty special abilities:
Sibbechai ("Discard Saph.")
Idolaters ("Capture Aaron.")
James Son of Zebedee ("May band to John.")
Ittai ("May band to David.")
Nadab ("May band to Abihu.")
Sectarianism ("Negate all banding.")
Prince Jonathan ("May band with David.")
Priscilla ("May band with Aquila.")
Adam ("Adam may band with Eve.")
I believe the shortest theoretical special ability would be "Draw 1." (or any other 1-digit number). Older cards had this functionality but spelled out further (Angel of His Presence: "Draw the top card from your draw pile.")
The next shortest would be a tie between "Draw 10." (or any other 2-digit number) and "Heal Er."/"Take Er." (Er, a 6/6 pale green starter deck EC, is the shortest-named card in the game.), neither of which would ever be cards ever printed.

Appropriate misspelling, FTW!

Have you figured out which cards have the most capitals? Definitely make sure a blonde does the counting. ;)

Huh?
-
Nameless: check out how you spelled "angel" and what is written on the card.
You misspelled angel as "angle." (Angle: has in a corner of a triangle or another way to view something)
It is misspelled yet applicable because the Angel of Warning art is viewed/portraying the Angel at 2 different angles.
-
On 3: I actually had Tim Reed do that to my Ishbibinob with redemption
-
Btw for 1. You forgot both sads and pharies.

New Jerusalem has one, as does Breaking Jerusalem's Wall. I'm sure there are others, but I'm lazy.
