Title: 41st Annual Earth Day
Post by: Cpt.Jaeger on April 22, 2011, 05:53:49 PM
President Obama declared today's 41st annual Earth Day proof of America's ecological and conservation spirit—then completed a three-day campaign-style trip logging 10,666 miles on Air Force One, eating up some 53,300 gallons at a cost of about $180,000. And that doesn't include the fuel consumption of his helicopter, limo, or the 29 other vehicles that travel with that car.

Though I'm not a fan of President Obama, things like that are just far reaching.  Would you like the president of our country driving an electric car?  All the vehicles are perks when you get the job of being president (plus they have a lot of safety for him as well).

There are far more important things to worry about then taking an air plane.

You'd prefer that our president stay in Washington, and not connect with his people?

Every Earth Day, I think of Pistols for Pandas.
"In spite of the recent holiday made up to make your parents feel guilty about their cars (Erf Day)..."

Earth day is a sham. Atheists just felt left out not having any holidays, so they decided to create one celebrating their most sacred tenant: hypocrisy.
