There should be a manuel....... "How to Use The Cactus Forum" or something! Can somebody just do it like this.....?

1. Get them hosted online.  This can be done using facebook, flickr, or any web hosting service.
2. Get the image's URL (should end in .png, .jpg, or a similar image format).
3. In your forum post use [ img ] www.imageurl.com/image.jpg [ /img ] (without the spaces) to display the image.
