The first one is way UP and the second one is way OP.

Paul's Great Journey

Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Multicolor • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: All Heroes in battle gain access to any Site until they are discarded.

and for TKP

Saul's Change
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Multicolor • Ability: None • Class: Territory • Special Ability: Set Aside one of your human heroes and one of your human evil characters for one turn, upon return convert the evil character to a brigade of your choosing.

So...another AoCP? Everyone would use purple now. AoTL+SoG+NJ+AoCP+This = Good game.
