Title: Tower of Babel

Evil Fortress:

Shuffle all multi-color: characters, enhancements, covenants and curses into owner's draw piles.  None of these types of cards may be played while Tower of Babel is active.  

Genesis 11:1 "And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech."

(I thought it would be interesting if there was a card that hurt multi-color, and thought of the Tower of Babel.  I first thought that it should eliminate offenses and defenses of multiple brigades, bringing them down to one brigade, but decided that this would be too powerful.)
