"To the third and fourth generation"
3/4 Brown/Orange Curse
Discard to set aside X of opponent's heroes (maximum of 4), where X is equal to the number of Evil Characters in opponent's territory. Treat as a disease. These heroes remain set aside for the remainder of the game, but one may return for each evil character in opponent's territory who converts to a hero. Cannot be negated.
Exodus 20:5 "You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the LORD your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me,"

I know this was part of a discussion in the Off Topic area, but I really like the card idea...so I made it a topic on it's own.

"You may use Charizard, Blastoise, or Venosaur, in any game except black/white. Cannot be negated."

For those wondering, please understand I was being a little sarcastic with this card idea and trying to make a spiritual point. I do not believe, as other do, that what is suggested on this card actually happens - faithful people (and even children) being afflicted by God and not healed, as a result of what their wicked ancestors have done.

I'm wondering when this effect activates. If it's "on activation" then this Curse is HOLY OP BATMAN since you could set aside up to 4 heroes every turn. I think if it was a "Discard to..." ability, it would be a nifty card.

Changed to "discard to", for obvious reasons. I still can't stand the card because I don't believe the concept is biblical :(

It seems like a Falling Away-type card: very interesting for gameplay purposes but not Biblically sound.

Hehe, you want to drop in on "Open Discussion" and say Hi :)
