Jehovah-Makketh means The LORD shall smite you, Eze 7:9

2Ch 14:9 And there came out against them Zerah the Ethiopian with an host of a thousand thousand, and three hundred chariots; and came unto Mareshah.
2Ch 14:10 Then Asa went out against him, and they set the battle in array in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.
2Ch 14:11 And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said,  LORD, it is nothing with thee to help,  whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O LORD our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name we go against this multitude. O LORD, thou art our God; let not man prevail against thee.
2Ch 14:12 So the LORD smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled.
2Ch 14:13 And Asa and the people that were with him pursued them unto Gerar: and the Ethiopians were overthrown,  that they could not recover themselves; for they were destroyed before the LORD, and before his host; and they carried away very much spoil.

Red/Green Enhancement

If you do not have the most rescued lost souls you may discard all O.T. evil characters and evil warrior class enhancements in play at the end of battle and select one artifact from each opponents' artifact pile and negate it's special ability and gain control of selected artifacts for x turns.  Cannot not be negated if King Asa is in play.

X = the number of evil brigades in play.

2 Chron 14:9-13

Waaaaaaay too OP'd. Not only for the discarding evil characters and enhancements but also for the possibilities of taking artifacts from opponents Unholy Writ abuse much?

besides just the negative take (but I could agree) how about you gave me your spin, gimme some feedback bro, instead of just taking from the tread, throw in some positive input.  What's your watered down version? I hear ya, but give me something to work with.

I did try to make limit its power hence the if you don't have the most lost souls and only OT evil characters and only for x turns, but I was aiming for a game altering card if you are losing the game or least behind and then give it more of a kick for multi-player.  In either case, its just an idea and this is just a discussion.

I like the basic idea, but it's too powerful. How about:

I Am Smiting
7/0 Red/Purple Covenant
"If all your Heroes are Good Kings and/or Warrior Class Heroes, you may Discard any Warrior Class Evil Character."
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I do like the purple, I was considering this brigade, but thought with Authority of Christ purple would have too much mass removal, but I suppose it's cool if your version ever printed.

How about..

If you do not have the most redeemed souls discard the top card of your deck to discard 1 O.T Evil Character and 1 Evil Weapon Class enhancement in play. Discard one artifact from opponents artifact pile. Cannot be negated if King Asa is in play.

Still a very powerful enhancement but also gives a negative effect to you and doesn't throw the game out of balance as dramatically. I like the Idea of it being red as well since I play red   ;)

I apologize for not posting a better comment but I was pressured for time.

I like the artifact capturing Idea. Here is my idea

Smitten Enemy
X/X Red/Purple Enhancment

If all your Heroes are Judean Kings and/or Warrior Class Heroes, you may Discard any Warrior Class Human Evil Character. If you have less Redeemed Souls than your opponent, take one active old testament artifact from opponents territory, you control that artifact for x turns.

x= the number of evil brigades in opponents territory
And the Lord will descend with a SHOUT, with the VOICE of the Archangel, and the TRUMPET of God.

Makes it sound like Goliath has a crush of Jael.
