6/5 Red Hero, WC

Shamgar
2X/2X Gold Hero, WC

Jephthah

We need a gold WC Barak too, to go with Deborah.
As powerful and annoying as evil fortresses can be sometimes, I fear that Samson's ability to discard one at will is just too powerful. He would get splashed into all the Speed and Garden Tomb decks out there. He would single-handedly destroy High Places and Raider's Camp strategies. The version I had in mind would remove one evil male Philistine from the game, but have female ECs immune to Samson.

Why did you make all of them WC, except for Samuel?
And, I agree with Stefferweffer, that there needs to be a Barak too !
-
I think that Jephthah and Samson should have a requirement such as "If all your heroes are Judges" or something like that. Otherwise, they will be splashed and Judges will remain unused.
-
Am I reading Samson correctly? After one black by an male EC he is toast. right?

I did not notice that about Deborah being WC. I don't get the impression that she actually FOUGHT in the battle, but rather that she was present. But I agree that every other judge (within Judges that is) should be WC. Samuel is iffy, because after all he did hack Agag into pieces. Eli should definitely not be WC though, in my opinion.
-
I like Shamgar. A lot. <3
-
Good call, guys. All of the Judges from Judges would be WC because even if they didn't fight directly, they were commanders of an army (which gives WC status), and Samuel never commanded an army to my knowledge. If he did, he'd be WC too. Edited.

That wording is a little weird. I would say "Reveal a card from opponent's hand. Set aside a card of that brigade for 2 turns."
-
Wasn't Barak just a fighter under Deborah? Not a Judge himself?
-
Correct, he was not a judge, but I think the current version is red, and I thought most players wanted all heroes from Judges to eventually be gold. Maybe I'm wrong about that though.
-
Deborah and Barak cannot band... fix it.

Deborah and Barak cannot band... fix it.
At the moment they can. Hopefully it will change though.
I'd turn Barak back to red and make deb's ability "May band to a unique ot red wc hero to *yadda*"

Too specific in my opinion to limit it to red. I'd just say Unique OT WC Human hero.
-
that you be useful if it couldn't be neghited

Barak isn't a judge.

Not only wasn't he a judge, but he wasn't even a very good fighter. He was such a weak general that he wouldn't even lead the troops into battle when Deborah told him that God wanted him to. And since he refused to fight unless Deborah came along, the honor of killing the enemy general went to a simple girl who lived in a tent (Jael) instead of to Barak.

Speaking of Jael, she needs reprinted too. I nominate the following, which is definitely not OP.
Jael - 5/5 Red WC hero (because a Red female WC hero would be awesome)
"Interrupt Wall of Protection. May choose a male human EC in opponent's territory to block to search deck, discard pile, or hand for Jael's Nail and add it to battle. Jael's Nail cannot be negated."
Samuel
3/3 Gold/Green/Teal Hero
-Judge, Tabernacle High Priest, Prophet-
"Reveal opponent's hand. Set aside one card that shares a Brigade with a card found there for two turns."

Yay Hidden Treasures + Samuel + Sammy's Sac = fun

No, very no. Recurable instant battle winner FTL. Her + wool fleece. GG. Only hope is to run demons and we all know demons are weak and unplayable.in mn

I disagree with RR. Its not like the battle winner is CBN...... ;)

this is called sarcasm, people.

Yes, yes it is. Very nice of you to notice.
(There added to know I r joking)

Good catches. I'll change Barak to Red and leave him Warrior-Class (since even if he was a wimp, he was still a commander), and change Deborah's SA accordingly. I don't think it needs to specify unique, since Israelite Archer, Men of Judah, and Men of The Other One are the only O.T. Generic WC EC's.
-
True, but then you allow a female to band into the big CBN banding chains. (Just thought of this.) I don't mind personally, but just keep this in mind.

Hello Guys,
Thank you for so many idea for Judges, but can you guys please make up some enhancement? I think Judges need negate, negate capture, and access site. Thank you.
ML.
-
Judges have Negates, Eli's Sound Advice+Battle-winner, Ehud's Dagger, and Bow and Arrow. Idk what you mean by negate capture. Judges have no more or less (except Disciples and Genesis) Site access than anyone else, you have Joshua, and if you're running Red/Gold Judges, you have Caleb.
-
Unfortunatly, Joshua would not be ruled as judges anymore, at least that is what my Elder in CA is talking about. Thank you.
ML.
-
Currently he is, and I can't see why they'd reverse the ruling for no good reason. That doesn't change my point; your talking about what Judges need doesn't make sense.
-
Samuel
3/3 Gold/Green/Teal Hero
-Judge, Tabernacle High Priest, Prophet-
"Reveal opponent's hand. Set aside one card that shares a Brigade with a card found there for two turns."
could u do do 2 cards with no brigade?
-
No, not having a Brigade means you can't share one with anything.
-
no brigade means multicolor right? and I am still looking for ideas for enhancement to make judges stronger. Thanks.
When I play judges deck, I often have problem with access without Joshua, and also capture, so if anyone can help me think of cards with these kind of effect and can match it with Bible. Please reply to this so I can take a note for it. Thank you.

No sir. Multicolored cards are just that, multi-color is just that MULTI-Color. Multi-colored enhancements are every brigade of that alignment. (EG a Multi-colored bible is Green but not Black).

I like Shamgar. A lot. <3
Even though he is OP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That ability is invincible.
I see it now:
Bulletproof Shamgar...
1 Judge in the Seat and the Deck is dead.
