Perfect for Nebby, but the ability seems a bit strong.

BTW is it twice per game because of Jonah and Jesus's Sign of Jonah? I do like the idea of a card like this, especially in the new set.

Since it is a set aside ability, I would recommend for it to be territory class as enhancement and  wording to be “Interrupt the battle. Set aside a character [...]”

There are some other wording changes for consistency, but I won’t worry about those here unless it might go to print...

Two points to discuss for me:

1) I dont quite understand how the whale [Matt. 12:40] is an enhancement (Leviathan is your comparison, but Leviathan was used linguistically as both a physical creature and a personification - I have not heard of scholars seeing the whale that swallowed Jonah as a personification of anything, but simply a creature)

2) If there is a Justification to make the whale a personification, why make this enhancement "green"? The original Jonah was Blue (not that this has to be that, it was just expected to me)

all that being said, I appreciate the design. If this card should be considered for production, there would be a need for testing and rewording.

Prophets fall into the green brigade so if Jonah was reprinted he would most definitely be green. As for the enhancement side of his card, he is drawing inspiration from the words of Jesus from that passage which He indicates is a prophecy which means the enhancement would be green. At least, that's my understanding of his intent.

This card (http://redemption.wikia.com/wiki/Chastisement_of_the_Lord_(P)) personified the whale as an enhancement.  Probably is the same line of thinking.

Well, brigades have been so "frankenstein" it's hard to know what "goes" into a brigade.

It has been better defined and more consistent, probably since Priests...but definitely since TEC

I used the enhance because of why God allowed the fish to swallow Jonah. Jonah was consistently disobeying the Lord and not wanting to do what God wanted him to do. God allowed the fish to swallow Jonah to better him as a man and a prophet of God. Jonah had time to think while he was in the belly of the whale allowing God to work in Jonah or "enhance" Jonah.
