Title: The Four Horsemen
Post by: Ironisaac on May 24, 2016, 12:15:25 PM
I felt like doing more Revelation cards, so here we go!

1) first off is obviously the first horseman. His theme is "Conquest". with that in mind, and several articles comparing him to the antichrist, i thought it would be appropriate for him to take an opponent's site, artifact, or fortress, as if he was conquering them. There are many other things too, which is really fun. Then, as with the rest of them, he is a warrior who can hold any weapon. He can then band to his Horsemen friends with his band ability.

2) The second horseman: His theme is "war". His ability makes weapons and cards depicting weapons super protected, as well as three out of four of his buddies cbn and protected from discard.(which is admittedly OP) He then does the same thing of banding to a horseman and holding a weapon.

3) The Third Horseman: His theme is "famine". it also talks about him messing up the economy and making everything really expensive. When i made this, i was originally thinking of hunger for him to search, but there are many others too. one that could work pretty well is dart. he uses it one turn, and searches for it the next. The Negate drawing was to symbolize the economy being screwed up and everything being so expensive. then, he can band to the final horseman

4)The fourth horseman/Death: So this one is literally called death, so it's pretty fitting for him to discard a character. It also gains regardless of protection and immunity, because no human can stop death. he then can hold a weapon, but not band, because he is the final of the four horsemen.

But wait, there's more!

were not done here! There is one last card!

For the final card of this post, It's a card that can search out all of them from you draw pile, but only if played during your discard phase, to symbolize the end times. you then must set them aside so you can't use them for your block next turn, because that would be too op imo. But seriously, i think they are all OP as it is lol, just made these for fun.

The stark difference between the quality of art in 1 & 4 and 2 & 3 made me chuckle.

I know, not the best, the 2nd and 3rd are really hard to find good art for lol.

While all of these are pretty OP, the second one is actually counter-intuitive. Cards such as Ishbibenob's Spear and Lahmi's Spear say :you may discard this card to under deck/discard a hero," meaning that since the weapons can't be discarded they won't be able to activate.

Not too bad. I have some good pics for the 2nd Horseman if your looking for better pics. I'd only say that I'd think War should have a Taunt ability or a force something into Battle, but that's me.
