The Serpent
3/4 Crimson Evil Character
-Animal-
"Select a Curse in play and convert to an Evil Character (place in your territory). Evil Character has no Special Ability, has no identifiers, and may be added to battle any time blocker has initiative and agrees to add to battle."

I'm guessing these are mainly ways to steal opponents' semi-artifacts? I don't know, I can't see myself using these too much, they're very situational and rely on your opponent.

I'd use them in every deck that has those Brigades. The Serpent is a genderless animal first off, and it creates more nearly-impossible-to-target Evil Characters who can be added to battle after a battle-winner. Besides that, he can destroy opponents' curses and make your life easier.

For the Eunuchs, they're not quite as powerful, but they still create almost-impossible-to-target Heroes and are the easiest way to take care of a Covenant/Phinehas.

Those sure seem like special abilities.  I don't think you can say that they have no s.a.'s and give them some anyway.  You even say they have no identifiers so you don't have that loophole.  The only way I can see it is if the s.a. is on the original cards (Eunuchs, Serpent) but then it would have to have "while in play" on the cards for it to work.  Some potential but I think it needs some work.

The point of saying no SA was more to indicate that they don't keep the SA they had as a covenant/curse. Can you think of a better way to say that?
