So I was trying to brainstorm all the evil characters that can taunt.  Here's my list so far, feel free to add any:
Goliath (obviously)
The Rabshakeh
The Twelve-Fingered Giant (check out II Samuel 21:21)
Perhaps The Jeering Youths? 

Now to give these characters "Taunt" abilities.  I'll start with The Rabshakeh, and I'll borrow an idea Pol had some time ago for the special ability (I've got my own idea for the Taunt ability).

The Rabshakeh
8/9 WC Pale Green EC, Assyrian
"Weapon-class enhancements used by The Rabshakeh cannot be negated.  If an enhancement is or was played without an opposing character in battle, discard all cards in battle, regardless of protection.  Cannot be negated."
Taunt ability - "Place an O. T. Pale Green enhancement from discard pile on a hero in opponent's territory:  Negate that Hero's ability and Hero cannot enter battle until healed."

Que can taunt the PTB.

Ooops, only ECs can taunt. The PTB can taunt Que.

I'm not sure who else would have one.
I put one on my reprint of Locusts from the Pit, but I was making it more of a Sidebattle, but u activate it like a Taunt. (because it goes for Heroes and Evil Characters)
