Scapegoat
Artifact
If an opponent discards an artifact, you may discard this one instead.
*some verse about scapegoats*
This possibly is a temple artifact, I don't remember the whole ceremony offhand.

This is almost as bad as Pot of Manna lol
EDIT: Now that I understand the concept it is interesting and is kinda cool.
-
I like the idea.
-
Is it a Temple Artifact? Cuz I'll activate this in my ZTemple/Herod's Temple so my opponent can't get rid of my CoM.
-
It's not a temple artifact.
-
I'd do something like,
"Set this artifact aside. If an artifact is about to be negated or discarded, you may discard this artifact to protect all artifacts in play."
I know that the wording probably needs to be different to stop a DoN, but I feel like, in order to be useful, this has to have some weight to it. Letting it remain activated at all times is a good start by setting it aside.
-
I originally intended it to be a counter to Uzzah/Writ, and it'd need to stay up as deterrent. Set aside might work, but I'm a bit iffy about it being untouchable like that.

I LOVE the idea, Roy always destroys me when I am about to play AoC Promo, and he uses Uzzah!!! Maybe it should say something like
"Negate all Special Abilities on Artifacts this Round. Artifacts cannot be discarded except for this one. May be used 1nce. Discard after use."
I think it should be ultra rare!
What do you guys think!?!?
