Few word problems, and I really didn't like the murderer clause, unless you created a whole theme based on it.

The Murderer Clause was a Stretch, But How is the Overall Card?

Rage isn't an object. Make it a TC and word it like this:
"Place on an O.T. Human Hero: Character is Converted to an Evil Character in brigade of owner's choice. Abilities of character may be distributed as holder chooses every time he blocks. Protect Lost Souls from Good Dominants unless every player has the same number of Lost Souls in play."
A bit much. I'd cut either the ability distribution or the "unless" clause on the LS protection.

This might be better as just an Evil Enhancement or a curse.
