Negate site abilities and hero has access to all sites. Reveal the top card of opponent's deck. If the revealed card is a good card, hero may band to a son of Jacob this battle. Cannot be negated.

I think you could just say "Reveal the top card of opponent's deck. If it is a good card,....". I think you are trying to make it so that if the top card of his deck is discarded, Naphtali reveals another, but that is probably too complicated.

Well, I kinda wanted it to have the dynamic feeling to it where if the card is changed or gets drawn and the new card isn't good it might change the outcome of the battle at the moment, but I suppose I could reword it if you really think it would help.

EDIT: Funny note, apparently making him have 7 offense was actually accurate to the rest of the sons of Jacob and I didn't even realize it when I made him, lol. Go me? XD

Why not? Blue Genesis hasn't gotten enough help in the last few sets to really keep it competitive, so I think it could use a boost. This probably isn't enough, but I figure it couldn't hurt.

If Genesis isn't competitive now, a 7/4 sometimes Site Access Hero won't help. Needs to do something else.

Well, I'm not totally up on what Blue is weak against, so care to provide an example or suggestion?

I actually wouldn't say that blue is weak against something in particular. Blue's problem is that it has very few battle-winners, none that are CBN, no CBN banding, and initiative troubles. Furthermore, Nazareth and Golgotha pretty much shut down two of the biggest perks Blue had, and they can go in just about any defense.

The problem is that O.T. offenses have to be REALLY good to compensate for no Herod's Temple support, and Blue is just so-so. Granted, Abraham's Descendant is one of the best cards of the new set, but still doesn't cover any of the shortcomings I listed before.
