Revelation 16:17-18
17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and out of the temple came a loud voice from the throne, saying, “It is done!” 18 Then there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder and a severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake.
I'm sure this will be love/hate.... and you must change it to this.... or woot.... or OP.... please comment a lot :)

for one thing it can't be available in TexP because it's already out and for another thing we should probably make the 1-6 with it.
otherwise it's ok i guess. it definetly destroys site lock.
-
haha, edited. I modified to make it less destructive against site-lockout. In my opinion it's just right in terms of power now :)

TC that Discards an Evil Fortress for no cost is way OP. Not only that, but it Negates sites for, again, no cost. This card would see the return of TGT, which is a bad thing.
-
Well, actually it has a cost for the site stuff, as well as built in counters to it.
-
No cost for the Site stuff, just a condition that is easily met. The built-in counters aren't very compelling either, and they're a little Johnny-come-lately when you only need it for one RA to make a mess of things.
-
Place in opponent's territory. If that player has three or more sites of different brigades in play, negate all of their sites. Opponent may discard one of their sites to discard this card. [Limit of one copy per territory]
Powerful, but it depends on the OPPONENT to do something for it to take effect.

Now THAT I could live with.
