I think he means in opponent's land of bondage which COULD be useful under certain circumstances...

It's basically a Rescuer's Choice LS for Type 1, with an additional Hopper possibility.

Unless I am missing something, you could play SoG/NJ on your Rubber ls (letting you rescue any other ls) and then use this ability to rescue a hopper placed in your LoB and any other lost soul in your LoB. This would place the rubber LS in your opponent's territory, and (if you only had 3 ls in your LOB) clean out your land of bondage. Sounds fun.
The only problem I see with this card is, as it stands, it would have to be in your opponent's LoB for you to rescue with any other strategy other than the one I stated above.

Correct me if I am wrong.

I origanally made this card thinking this the Rescuer would chose the ls rescued but would get hopper'd
