Israelite Armorbearer - 1/5 WC Red hero
"You may search draw pile or discard pile for a Red weapon and place on a Red WC hero in territory to exchange Israelite Armorbearer with that hero. Otherwise, discard this hero after battle. Cannot be negated."
So that David's ability to use weapons from other brigades is useful...
David - 10/3 WC Red hero
Identifier - Holds one good weapon of any brigade except Silver
"Good weapons cannot be negated. If no good weapon is in battle, search draw pile or discard pile for one (except Silver) and play it. Protect from capture. Cannot be negated."
David's Sling - 3/1 WC Red enhancement
"You may discard this card or a Red enhancement from hand to return an evil character in a territory to top of owner's deck."
(Can't decide if this is OP in combination with David's ability to recur good weapons CBN. Let me know if it is.)
David's Staff - Artifact
"If all your heroes are weapon-class, protect your heroes from the first evil enhancement played each battle while an evil weapon-class character is in battle; you may discard this card to discard an evil enhancement in play."
(I used the semi-colon to indicate that you can't use the second part of the ability unless all your heroes are weapon-class. Suggestions on better wording/punctuation are appreciated)
David Deceives Achish - 0/0 Red enhancement
"Set aside an OT Red WC hero for 3 turns. While set aside, opponent must play with hand and face-down cards in territory revealed. On return, opponent must discard a revealed human evil character."
(This is from when David was hiding from Saul and living under the protection of the Philistine king Achish. He would raid the Philistine towns, leave no survivors, and then tell Achish that he was raiding Israelite towns.)
Thoughts?

I really like all of these except
David's Staff - Artifact
"If all your heroes are weapon-class, protect your heroes from the first evil enhancement played each battle while an evil weapon-class character is in battle; you may discard this card to discard an evil enhancement in play."

I feel red is already too dependant on your opponent using warrior class evil characters.

David's Staff doesn't work considering heroes are warrior class, not weapon class.
-
David's sling is nice, very strong but I like it quite a bit. My ONLY worry would be ra 1/1 red (with wool fleece up) with david holding his spear. Use any banding card. gg.

I like them all a TON. The polyfunctionaity of David's Staff against placed EE's is sweet too (especially since Abom is borken next set).

I like it all, I think David Deceives Achish is little bit too strong, maybe just review all evil cards from hand and territory, also, I think the armorbearer to me was too confusing, can you explain please? thank you.

Israelite Armorbearer has an optional ability that, if you don't carry it out, he must be discarded at end of turn. It's kinda like Benjamin and some of the 1/1 evil kings, except that you can control the discard.
Basically, he equips a warrior in territory with a weapon from draw/discard pile and then exchanges the newly equipped hero into battle.

So you mean, having the armorbearer not only equipped a heroes in territory, but also exchange with that hero, therefore, the new hero is the one making the rescue attempt, not the armorbearer. That is pretty neat. Also, do you think you can make a Jonathan's armorbearer, make it red/purple. Thanks.
